We advise on the right licences based on your needs. No unnecessary costs, but exactly what is needed. We then take the licences into management and adjust them where necessary.
Licences are rarely the same for everyone. Someone on the production floor needs something different from someone in Excel and Teams all day, and for part of your organization a lighter licence is perfectly fine. We look per role instead of per organization, and that usually saves more than people expect.
Mind the terms: Microsoft subscriptions renew automatically and have to be cancelled at least one calendar month before they end. We watch those dates for you and flag anything running on that you no longer use.
