This is the IP address we blocked: [xyz-ips snippet=”IP-blokkade”]
Please contact us via the ‘Contact Service Desk’ button. Our Service Desk will process your request in accordance with the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) or on a best-effort basis if you haven’t signed up for an SLA with us.
Why do we block? Our servers keep track of addresses that repeatedly fail to sign in, send suspicious volumes of traffic or show known attack patterns. That happens automatically, and it exists to protect our customers’ environments. A block therefore says nothing about you personally: it is nearly always a shared office IP where someone else made a mistake, or a connection reused by somebody else.
What we need to resolve it quickly: the IP address above, roughly when you noticed the problem, and which service it concerned (mail, web hosting, VPN or the portal). With those three we can see in the logs what was observed and whether the block was justified. If it was not, we lift it straight away.

Tell us below how we can reach you. Your address, where you came from and the time are sent along automatically, so the service desk can find it in the logs straight away.
If you have an SLA we act within the agreed response time. Without one we help you in order of arrival, during office hours.
Our web applications block an address automatically after a number of failed sign-in attempts. That is a standing guard against automated password guessing and says nothing about you or your account: a forgotten capital letter fills the counter just as well.
