When taking over an existing Microsoft 365 tenant we ensure a safe and controlled transfer. We check licences, users and settings and make sure everything keeps working seamlessly.
A takeover starts with taking stock: which accounts still exist for people who left long ago, which licences run on without a user, which administrator rights sit with a former supplier and which settings deviate from what is safe. You see that list before we change anything.
Then we hand management over in a controlled way: new administrator accounts in, old ones out, multi-factor authentication switched on where it was missing, and only once everything checks out do we say goodbye to the previous party. Meanwhile nothing changes for your staff about the way they log in.
