Found a device of SBA?

This device carries a sticker with a code. That code tells us which device it is, so we can get it back to its owner.

You found a device of ours

This device belongs to or is managed by SBA. Let us know and we will make sure it gets back to its owner. There is nothing else you need to do and it costs you nothing.

The quickest way is the form beside this, or send us a mail.

Mail the service desk

Or give us a call

We are closed right now. We are back on working days from 09:00 to 17:00; mail us and we will pick it up as soon as we are in.

    How this works

We manage laptops, computers and network equipment for our customers. Devices like that carry a sticker with a QR code, so a device left behind somewhere can find its way back without anybody having to guess whose it is. Scanning that code is how you got here.

All we see is the code, not what is on the device. What is on it is protected and encrypted, and if the device has been reported missing we can wipe it remotely. So there is nothing for you to do with it: leave the device as it is and let us know where it is.

If it will not start, or asks for a password, that is by design. Please do not try to sign in; it helps nobody, and after a few attempts the device locks itself.

    What happens next

You will hear from us as soon as we know who the device belongs to.

    We look up the owner
The code on the sticker points us to the customer and the colleague responsible for the device.
We get in touch with you
Usually the same working day; outside office hours, the next working day.
We collect it or send a label
Whichever costs you the least time. Postage is on us.
    Your details go no further
We use them only to return this device, and not afterwards.
