Office Manager

You are the go-to person for everything that happens at our office!

Because we are growing fast, we are looking for an operational linchpin for the whole office. Let’s just call it Office Manager, but know that the range of tasks is wide! So if you like to work with different disciplines (facility, operational and management) on a daily basis, SBA might be your ‘Match made in heaven’!

Does this sound like music to your ears?

In the role of Office Manager, you are the go-to person for everything that happens at our office – yes, really everything! You receive visitors, manage inventory, take care of the necessary purchases and are the first point of contact for customers and partners who come to visit. In addition, you support the management team in administrative and organizational areas. ‘Is that all?’ Almost! We’ll continue for a bit, because you also help with job interviews and make sure everything is ready for new colleagues on their first day (onboarding). That’s about it, not too bad, right?

At a glance

• You organize and supervise internal training courses for our colleagues.
• You are responsible for new vacancies and onboarding.
• You provide administrative and organizational support to the management team.
• You are willing to provide support with sales-support oriented tasks so that we can act immediately on customer questions.

Are you our ‘Match made in heaven’?

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• You preferably have completed a higher professional education.
• Working independently comes naturally to you and you are a real go-getter.
• You are known as an organizational talent and have a lot of adaptability.
• Good knowledge of Dutch & English language (spoken and written).
• You enjoy proposing fresh ideas and implementing them.
• You are available at least 32 hours a week.
• You are good with a table tennis bat. A game of table tennis during the break is a regular occurrence with us.
