No unnecessary costs
At SBA you only pay for the time we actually spend on your organization. That way you avoid unnecessary costs. By default we work on a ‘Best Effort’ principle: requests are handled in order of arrival. You can find our current hourly rate on our website.
For organizations that need more predictability and availability outside office hours, it is possible to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA). An SLA not only offers clarity about response times and availability, but also financial advantages: with an SLA you benefit from lower rates and you can reach us outside regular working hours as well.
