Good morning

Our working method

Experience transparency in all your IT projects

Our method is based on fast and qualitative action. No receptionist, but direct conversation with the specialist. With monthly contracts, clear agreements and short response times we ensure a collaboration that perfectly matches your business operations.

Ask the site itself

Rather ask than search?

This site can answer anything on our pages and in our services document. Ask your question the way you would ask a colleague; if the answer is not here, it will say so and put you through.

You are talking to our AI service, which knows everything on this site. Rather speak to a person straight away? Call 088 340 0047.

Taking stock

Before we take over your IT management, we start with a thorough inventory of what is there and how it is used.

Service desk

Our view of IT support differs from what has become the standard: no menus, no receptionist, straight to a specialist.

Costs

You pay for the time we actually spend on your organization, itemised per ticket on a monthly invoice.

Projects

Major impact on organizations, both functionally and financially

Unfortunately, we often see that there is confusion and miscommunication about things like cost and lead time. In order to guide our projects in the right direction, we use our own project tool where all project steps, responsible persons, calculated hours and statuses are kept. For each project, you can see exactly what we are working on, what the budget is and, for example, the planned delivery dates. In addition, you have the option to submit questions and follow our hours live.

Transparent rates

Our current hourly rates are listed below. We prefer a fixed SLA with pre-agreed prices. Are you interested? Please feel free to contact us. We do not charge any administration or shipping costs for our services, unless this is specifically stated with the product, the quote or during contact.

Rates 2026 (excl. VAT)

  • Support during office hours: €115 per hour
  • Support outside office hours: €230 per hour
  • Programming during office hours: €137.50 per hour
  • Programming outside office hours: €275 per hour
  • Workplace management: €30 per employee per month
  • Travel costs: €1 per kilometre (call-out charge €15)
  • Visit costs: €30 per visit

Useful information

Orders

We prefer to supply all hardware ourselves, at market rates with a fixed margin of 10%, so we can support you optimally.

Orders are processed within two business days, after which you will receive an email with the status changes and – if applicable – a track and trace number. Delivery is done via various postal services such as DHL, UPS and PostNL, whereby you can indicate your preferences by phone or email. Electronic services are usually delivered within 24 hours, cables and accessories within 24 to 48 hours, and computer systems within 1 to 14 business days.

Payments

Our standard payment method is iDeal, with the option to pay by bank transfer or direct debit. Cash on delivery is only available for physical products, such as computer components, for which additional delivery costs of €25.00 including VAT apply. Cash on delivery is not possible for domains and web services, as these are fully active within 24 hours of payment. Business customers receive monthly collective invoices with a payment term of 14 days. Subscriptions and other services are invoiced 14 days before the new period and must be paid before the start of the period.

Invoicing takes place at the end of each month, based on the work actually carried out. The payment term is 14 days. The invoice specifies per ticket and project how much time was spent, so you always have insight into the costs.

Quality is paramount to us

For us quality means three things at once: meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers, living up to our own professional standards, and working to established norms and guidelines. That last one is audited every year by an independent party, DNV. Not because a logo looks good, but because it forces us to keep our own agreements on the days when it is busy.

ISO 9001 — quality management
Our processes are written down and measured: how a report comes in, who picks it up, what was agreed and what was done. That is why you get the same way of working from us, even when someone else is at the controls.
ISO/IEC 27001 — information security
Access, authorisations, logging, backups and incident handling are set up to the standard and audited periodically. On information security and privacy we are deliberately not flexible: there we follow the norm.
NEN 7510 — care and sensitive data
The additional Dutch standard for organizations working with health data. If you work in or for healthcare, you do not have to take our way of working on trust: it has been audited.

The certificates are one click away: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and NEN 7510 (pdf). If you want to check our margin on hardware, you may have an audit carried out once a year at your own expense.
