Good morning

Web applications

From idea to reality

Custom software that fits the way you work. We start with your process, deliver small and keep building while you use it.

Ask the site itself

Rather ask than search?

This site can answer anything on our pages and in our services document. Ask your question the way you would ask a colleague; if the answer is not here, it will say so and put you through.

You are talking to our AI service, which knows everything on this site. Rather speak to a person straight away? Call 088 340 0047.

From manual work to an application

Most custom software projects that fail, fail because a year is spent building something that was right on paper. We first watch how the work really goes today, including the lists and the retyping nobody writes down.

Then you get a first version that is small but usable. You start working with it and the next version is built while you use it — which is also the only way to find out what you really needed.

Start small, take it into use, then refine.

Technically strong and user-friendly

Software that takes over an internal process, a full ticketing system, or an application that handles thousands of concurrent users: we build it with our own team of developers and designers. Throughout the project you deal directly with the people making it.

Depth — because you read attentively

Business Process Modeling sounds abstract, but it comes down to watching the work for a day before a single line of code exists. We map how the work runs today, including the detours: the Excel list beside the system, the colleague retyping everything, the folder called “final-v3”. Those detours are the real design; the system we build is the straight road between them.

That is also why we can deliver small: the first version replaces the most painful detour, not the whole process. What works stays; what chafes goes next.

Top-tier web applications

We build fully custom applications, with Business Process Modeling as the starting point: every step of your business process goes into the design, including the steps nobody writes down. Because we map that process first, we can also anticipate what comes next.

Behind it sits one fixed standard: the same stack, the same agreements on code, testing and security, and separate environments for development, acceptance and production. Deliberately boring work — it is what makes an application predictable to manage and easy to hand over to the next colleague.

Our three pillars

BPM

By using Business Process Modeling, we anticipate future needs, so that the web application remains scalable as your organization grows.

Quality

We move fast and deliver work we stand behind. If you have a question or a request, you reach the developer working on your application directly — not an account manager.

Insight

In our own project tool you can see exactly what we are working on, what the budget is and when we deliver. You can post questions there and follow our hours live.

Web applications for our customers

We developed an API integration for KLM to integrate crew transport payment processes with their back-end system.

For Top Logistics we have developed a Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this software package they manage and optimize all operations in the warehouse.

Invitat.io is an Event Management System (EMS). With Invitat.io you can easily and quickly set up and manage events.

You're in good company!

Dryffus

Together with Dryffus, we developed an API integration for KLM to integrate crew transport payment processes with their back-end system.

Quality is paramount to us

For us quality means three things at once: meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers, living up to our own professional standards, and working to established norms and guidelines. That last one is audited every year by an independent party, DNV. Not because a logo looks good, but because it forces us to keep our own agreements on the days when it is busy.

ISO 9001 — quality management
Our processes are written down and measured: how a report comes in, who picks it up, what was agreed and what was done. That is why you get the same way of working from us, even when someone else is at the controls.
ISO/IEC 27001 — information security
Access, authorisations, logging, backups and incident handling are set up to the standard and audited periodically. On information security and privacy we are deliberately not flexible: there we follow the norm.
NEN 7510 — care and sensitive data
The additional Dutch standard for organizations working with health data. If you work in or for healthcare, you do not have to take our way of working on trust: it has been audited.

The certificates are one click away: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and NEN 7510 (pdf). If you want to check our margin on hardware, you may have an audit carried out once a year at your own expense.

What customers ask us most often

How long does such a project take?

We do not build for a year and then deliver something. You get a first version that is small but usable, start working with it, and the next version is built while you use it. That is also the only way to find out what you really needed.

Can you integrate with what we already use?

That is usually the point of the whole exercise. We connect to accounting, ERP, inventory or whatever else is there, so data is not typed in twice.

Who owns the code?

What we build on commission is yours. We are happy to host and manage it, but you are not tied to us because we hold the key.

What happens when something breaks in production?

Applications we manage sit under the same monitoring as everything else: we usually see it before you call. The code lives at a different physical location than the running environment and there is a recent backup of the database, so restoring is not reconstruction work.
