Good morning
What it costs

What we charge is simply here. You do not have to call to find out whether we fit your budget.

The site keeps an anonymous record of which pages you opened; this is the newest that was not among them.
How we charge
By default you only pay for the time we actually spend on your organization. No bundle to fill or drain, and no call-out fee.
At the end of every month you receive an invoice that lists the time per ticket and per project. The payment term is fourteen days. If a request falls outside the agreed scope, we call it additional work and say so in advance — not afterwards on the invoice.
All amounts on this page are excluding VAT. They are adjusted annually for inflation, only when it is positive, rounded to whole steps of € 2.50.

Two ways of working with us
Best effort — without a standing agreement
You call or mail when something is up, and we pick it up in order of arrival, within office hours. You pay the hourly rate above and are not tied to anything. Fine when IT rarely stops you and waiting a day is no disaster.
With a Service Level Agreement
You get a response within 24 hours, priority over reports without an SLA, a ticket system to follow the state of play, and you can reach us outside office hours through the emergency service. The certainty that gives us translates back into a better rate and broader support.
An SLA costs € 88 per month for the first location and € 58 per month for every following location. The agreement runs twelve months and is monthly cancellable after that.
If we miss an agreed service level, what happens next is fixed too: if we cannot solve a problem within 24 hours, you may terminate the agreement, we credit the current month and we write an improvement plan to prevent repetition.

What workplace management covers
We handle incidents and reports and carry out the regular maintenance: Windows and driver updates, base configuration and optimisation of the workplace, and preventive checks. The goal is preventing unexpected costs and keeping everything simply working.
Server management covers the operating system: monitoring, updates and security measures. Application management, database structures, queries and performance optimisation are not included, unless we agree that separately.
Honest about the limits
The fixed fee does not cover hardware or software we did not supply or approve, subscriptions and licences (invoiced separately), replacement due to wear or damage, or work beyond regular maintenance and incident handling. Support on specialised third-party software you bought elsewhere — Autodesk, Adobe and the like — is agreed separately.
And there is a limit to unlimited: more than ten reports per workplace per quarter with the same cause counts as excessive use. We say so first, explain why, and only then charge it as additional work.
What customers ask about this
Why are your rates on the site while others hide theirs?
Because otherwise you would have to call to find out whether we fit your budget, and that is a strange first question to ask a stranger. What a project ultimately costs depends on your size and your wishes, but the hourly rate and the fixed fees can simply be stated.
When is an SLA worth it?
When downtime costs you money, or when you work on outside office hours. You pay € 88 per month for the first location and get a response within 24 hours, priority and a lower hourly rate in return. If you work nine to five and a report can wait a day, best effort is probably enough.
What happens when I call outside office hours?
With an SLA you reach the emergency service through our general number. You are asked for your unique three-digit customer number — you receive it at the start of the collaboration and it is on your monthly invoice. The call then goes straight through to the colleague on duty, and the phone keeps ringing until it is answered. The rates above apply to work outside office hours.
Am I tied to a long term?
For workplace management you choose: twelve or thirty-six months, with the longer term being cheaper. After that it continues and you can cancel with one calendar month of notice. The SLA runs twelve months and is monthly cancellable after that. Third-party licences and subscriptions follow the term of that supplier; we cannot make those shorter than they made them.
Can I keep a few workplaces outside the contract?
No. It applies to all employees or to all servers at once. Partial services lead to confusion about who is responsible for what, and eventually to higher costs for both of us. If you buy hardware yourself outside of us, the fees still apply.
Are the rates increased?
Annually, based on actual inflation and only when it is positive, rounded to whole steps of € 2.50. The additional fee for monitoring and security can be revised when market prices change materially; you may have that revision reviewed by an independent third party at your own cost.
Next step
Have it worked out for your situation
Tell us how many workplaces and servers you have and whether you work outside office hours, and we work it out. That costs you a phone call, not a quoting process.
