With SPF, DKIM and DMARC we record who may send mail in your domain’s name, so a fraudster cannot. Without those three records your own newsletter lands in spam while a forged invoice from “you” does not.
It comes standard with every domain we manage, together with DNS and renewal — because one forgotten renewal date takes your mail and your site offline at the same time, and that is a conversation nobody wants to have.

Quality is paramount to us
For us quality means three things at once: meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers, living up to our own professional standards, and working to established norms and guidelines. That last one is audited every year by an independent party, DNV. Not because a logo looks good, but because it forces us to keep our own agreements on the days when it is busy.
- ISO 9001 — quality management
- Our processes are written down and measured: how a report comes in, who picks it up, what was agreed and what was done. That is why you get the same way of working from us, even when someone else is at the controls.
- ISO/IEC 27001 — information security
- Access, authorisations, logging, backups and incident handling are set up to the standard and audited periodically. On information security and privacy we are deliberately not flexible: there we follow the norm.
- NEN 7510 — care and sensitive data
- The additional Dutch standard for organizations working with health data. If you work in or for healthcare, you do not have to take our way of working on trust: it has been audited.
The certificates are one click away: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and NEN 7510 (pdf). If you want to check our margin on hardware, you may have an audit carried out once a year at your own expense.
What customers ask us most often
What does a website cost with you?
We do not make sites from a fixed-price package, because the price is almost entirely decided by what the site has to do. A site that only tells who you are is a different thing from a site wired into your systems. We write a quote based on what you need, and anything not in it is additional work we flag in advance.
Do you also sell standalone VPS servers?
Yes. A virtual server in a Dutch data centre, without a management contract, running the operating system you choose and ready within fifteen minutes. From € 6 per month excluding VAT for the smallest size; if you want us to handle updates, security and monitoring, server management is added on top.
Do you also handle hosting and domains?
Yes: registration, DNS and renewal, so one forgotten date does not take your mail and your website offline at the same time. Mail security is part of it, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so nobody else can send mail in your domain’s name.
What happens after delivery?
After delivery you have three weeks to report any issues. If they fall within the original scope, we fix them free of charge. After that the site moves into management, with updates and monitoring.
Can we manage it ourselves?
Yes. We build so that you can change texts and pages yourself without needing us. If you would rather not, we do it; what we never do is lock the site down so that you have no choice.
