From order to working workplace
Ordering a laptop is the easy part. The work is in everything around it: accounts, software, policy and security are already on it before the device reaches the desk.
After that we keep it up to date, and we plan the replacement before it lets you down. A workplace is not a purchase but a term, and that term belongs in your budget.

Behind every click in the customer portal sits the same automation we use ourselves. A job profile is technically a bundle: the right groups in Active Directory, the right licence in Microsoft 365, the right mailbox rights in Exchange and MFA switched on from the start. Because the bundle is fixed, every new employee is complete in one go — and nobody accidentally inherits their predecessor’s rights.
The log is not decoration: every change traces back to who, what and when. In an audit or an incident that is the difference between looking something up and reconstructing it.

- 12-month contract: €30 per employee / per month
- 36-month contract: €27.50 per employee / per month

- Extra computer: €15 per month
- Monitoring + antivirus: max €10 per month

What is not included?
Our services focus on professional support of your IT environment. Some things are not included by default:
- Support on personal devices or home networks of employees
- Call charges and telephony costs
- Travel costs and on-site hours (unless agreed in advance)
- Optional acceptance and test environments
- Go-live to a production environment (if not included in the quote)
- Additions or changes after the quote has been delivered
Hardware policy
We prefer to supply all hardware, so we can support you optimally. We supply it at market rates and apply a fixed margin of 10% on the purchase price. If you wish, you may carry out an audit at your own expense once a year to verify this.
Installation times: a standard workplace takes approx. 1 hour, a workplace with additional software approx. 2 hours; custom setups are quoted separately.
SLA and fair use
SLA rates
- Subscription, first location: €88 per month
- Each next location: €58 per month
- Support: €115 per hour
- Programming: €137.50 per hour
- Outside office hours: €230 and €275 per hour respectively
Fair use
Fair use means: more than 10 reports per workplace per quarter with the same cause is a signal to solve the underlying problem together, rather than keep patching symptoms.

For us quality means three things at once: meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers, living up to our own professional standards, and working to established norms and guidelines. That last one is audited every year by an independent party, DNV. Not because a logo looks good, but because it forces us to keep our own agreements on the days when it is busy.
- ISO 9001 — quality management
- Our processes are written down and measured: how a report comes in, who picks it up, what was agreed and what was done. That is why you get the same way of working from us, even when someone else is at the controls.
- ISO/IEC 27001 — information security
- Access, authorisations, logging, backups and incident handling are set up to the standard and audited periodically. On information security and privacy we are deliberately not flexible: there we follow the norm.
- NEN 7510 — care and sensitive data
- The additional Dutch standard for organizations working with health data. If you work in or for healthcare, you do not have to take our way of working on trust: it has been audited.
