Good morning

IT services

Google Workspace

Working in Gmail, Drive and Meet, with the management and the security with us.

Ask the site itself

Rather ask than search?

This site can answer anything on our pages and in our services document. Ask your question the way you would ask a colleague; if the answer is not here, it will say so and put you through.

You are talking to our AI service, which knows everything on this site. Rather speak to a person straight away? Call 088 340 0047.

Working the way you are used to, set up securely

Not every organization fits the Microsoft ecosystem. If you work with Gmail, Drive and Meet, Google Workspace is often the calmer choice: your colleagues already know it from their phones and it works the same on every device. We deliver, set up and manage that environment, so you keep the simplicity without dropping the security.

What we add is the management around it. Who gets access to which shared drive, what happens to the account of a departing colleague, and where the backup of your mail lives. Those are exactly the things that look simple in Workspace and quietly grow crooked in practice.

What we arrange

From the first setup to the daily management, on the same terms as our other services: you pay for the time we spend and you see per ticket where that time went.

Setup and takeover
Setting up a new environment or taking over an existing one: we check accounts, licences, administrator rights and settings, and make sure no access lingers with an old supplier.
Shared drives with rights that add up
Rights on groups instead of on individuals, so a new colleague automatically sees the right things and a departing colleague loses all access in one action.
Security and multi-factor authentication
Mandatory two-step verification, device policy and eyes on suspicious sign-ins. Whatever stands out becomes a ticket instead of an alert nobody looks at.
Backup of your Workspace data
Google guarantees the availability of the service, not the safety of your content. If someone deletes a folder and it is only noticed months later, the bin was emptied long ago. We make a separate daily backup of mail, Drive and shared drives.
Migration from Microsoft 365 or the other way round
Mail, calendar, contacts and files, keeping your addresses. We plan the switch outside working hours and test per user before the old environment goes.

Workspace or Microsoft 365?

We do not sell a preference. The question is what your people are used to and what your software requires. If an accounting package or industry application is tied to Office, Microsoft 365 wins that discussion by itself. If you mainly work in the browser, together in documents and a lot on mobile, Workspace is usually simpler and cheaper.

There is also a middle road we see often in practice: Workspace for mail and collaboration, with Office licences for the handful of colleagues who genuinely need Excel. We cost out both options and say honestly when the difference is too small to make a project of.

You're in good company!

Quality is paramount to us

For us quality means three things at once: meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers, living up to our own professional standards, and working to established norms and guidelines. That last one is audited every year by an independent party, DNV. Not because a logo looks good, but because it forces us to keep our own agreements on the days when it is busy.

ISO 9001 — quality management
Our processes are written down and measured: how a report comes in, who picks it up, what was agreed and what was done. That is why you get the same way of working from us, even when someone else is at the controls.
ISO/IEC 27001 — information security
Access, authorisations, logging, backups and incident handling are set up to the standard and audited periodically. On information security and privacy we are deliberately not flexible: there we follow the norm.
NEN 7510 — care and sensitive data
The additional Dutch standard for organizations working with health data. If you work in or for healthcare, you do not have to take our way of working on trust: it has been audited.

The certificates are one click away: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and NEN 7510 (pdf). If you want to check our margin on hardware, you may have an audit carried out once a year at your own expense.
